Introducing Del Seymour our first spotlight for our #movementmondays series. Every Monday we will be featuring human beings locally and globally who are serving humanity in their own way and giving back to the community.
Del is known to most here in San Francisco as “The Mayor of The Tenderloin” this man has been through hell and back and now has dedicated and committed his life to pull drug addicts and people who are homeless in San Francisco and gives them the tools and resources to change their lives.
He currently runs Code Tenderloin a non profit organization that teaches former drug addicts and people who were homeless or are currently homeless the skillsets and tools on how to use technology to create a better future for themselves. The program is designed to gain back their self-esteem and teach them the confidence to survive in the ever so growing tech industry in San Francisco.
